✅Instead of using rice wheat powder, or animal gelatin, mix plant-based Kanten seaweed powder which has much dietary fiber and is one of the most essential ingredients for Japanese traditional sweets culture. You can healthily enjoy the unique gooey texture of Japanese Kanten mochi candy.

✅We used 100% azuki beans produced in Hokkaido. In addition to powdered red bean paste, amanatto (sweet red bean paste) is also used, providing the natural flavor of refined Hokkaido azuki beans as well as a grainy texture. This is also made with vegetable agar (agar agar) instead of animal gelatin, making it healthier.
