By adding with other ingredient like seaweed, Japanese chili, soy sauce, it will create more flavorful tastes. It is a healthy snack choice for us.

Japanese rice crackers usually go well with beverages like green tea and wine. Every type of wine has its own unique flavor, making the best pairing with certain snacks. You may try Pinot Noir red wine for some classic flavor of okaki and some cheese. Besides, you may also try Red Zinfandel or White Zinfandel as it pairs well with spicy flavor food.
