Toward the end of the year, Shiwasu means even the teachers would run because everybody becomes busy toward the end of the year. December will definitely be the busiest month of the year. In Japan, we have to do the Oosouji (Big House Cleaning) before 28th December to wipe off dust and welcome the New Year\u2019s good spirit. I have used matcha green tea to make matcha ramen noodles and onigiri rice ball for my lunch. It is quite simple, prepare some dashi soup and mix it with some matcha green tea.
